Rise early for sunrise stand-up paddle boarding and gentle yoga down on Oulton Broad, where The Swan’s butlers will be waiting with a warming cup of tea and freshly baked pastries.
Next, return to the hotel for a light lunch before embarking on The Adnams Way, a bespoke walking route created by the team at the hotel this summer and destined to provide the ultimate afternoon switch-off.

The hotel’s self-guided canoeing and kayaking experiences allow guests to get their bearings in the area surrounding Snape and Aldeburgh on the river Alde estuary, 30 minutes from The Swan, whilst Southwold’s iconic high-speed Coastal Voyager boat takes guests on a 30-minute tour of Sole Bay.
Return to the hotel for an alfresco lunch at the Tap Room’s just-opened summer pop-up where favourites include Wild Garlic Risotto with grilled asparagus and Norfolk Mardler cheese, and a fish platter including Adnams Rising Sun gin-cured salmon, sweet-cured herring, crevette, blackwater wild oyster with cockles and trimmings.
