Menu highlights include the Paradiso crudité basket to share, Panzanella salad with heirloom tomatoes and apple-cider vinaigrette, Swiss beef tartare with pommes allumettes, and grilled sole fillet with herbs, sautéed asparagus, artichokes and Roseval potatoes.
