A Cornish adventure is calling. Following the huge success of the New Year’s Eve Supper Club in the Ocean Venue at Carbis Bay Hotel & Estate, MasterChef: The Professionals winner Stu Deeley is returning to the Bay – and this time, he’ll be joined by his fellow finalists Exose Grant Lopo-Ndinga and Olivia Burt.
Teaming up for a very special dining event from Sauce Supper Club, the hugely talented trio will be back in the kitchen whipping up a 4-course lunch menu and 6-course dinner menu in the Ocean Venue at Carbis Bay between 31st January and 2nd February 2020.
Stu Deeley was crowned the winner of MasterChef: The Professionals 2019 after he triumphed over fellow finalists. Monica Galleti described him as ‘the complete package’,
with Marcus Wareing adding: ‘He came in here to find confidence, look at the chef who is going to leave this comp. What a star we have found.’
Stephen Baker, owner and Managing Director of Carbis Bay Estate, told The Wordrobe: “Bringing new and exciting culinary experiences to our guests and visitors is the way forward, as demonstrated last summer by our very successful, first-ever pop-up restaurant with Michelin-star chefs.
We are delighted that Sauce Supper Club and Stu are returning to Carbis Bay, and look forward to welcoming him, Exose and Olivia for what is sure to be a wonderful foodie event in a truly beautiful location.”
