La Réserve Firenze, the first Italian address of Michel Reybier’s La Réserve Private Homes collection, has opened its doors with six exquisite apartments. Housed in a restored 15th-century palazzo on Via Santo Spirito, in Florence’s Oltrarno district, here’s everything a luxury traveller needs to know:
Italian escapades are calling. The six apartments offer guests an opprtunity to experience the Oltrarno, one of the liveliest and most endearing neighbourhoods in Tuscany’s capital. Conceived as true Florentine homes, the stylish abodes bring together privacy, space and freedom with the attentiveness and art of hospitality that define La Réserve.
A Florentine Palazzo Restored By Gilles & Boissier

Palazzo Segni was acquired in 2022 by Olivia and Grégory Marciano, who have lived in Florence since 2019. Their wish to preserve the soul of the building while giving it a second life created an immediate affinity with Michel Reybier’s vision.
Over four years, interior architects Gilles & Boissier carefully orchestrated the palazzo’s rebirth, revealing the richness of its history. Hand-restored frescoes, coffered ceilings, traditional terracotta floors and Siena travertine sit in dialogue with works from the owners’ personal collection. Here, Florentine heritage, art and contemporary design come together naturally.
“Beyond its beauty, what makes this palazzo truly extraordinary is that it stands at the heart of the neighbourhood where real Florentines live.”
Grégory Marciano: At Home In Florence

Ranging from 180 to 210 square metres, the six apartments have one to three bedrooms and share a series of communal spaces. Residents can enjoy the added perks of a lounge, a games room with billiards, a library devoted to Italy, art and design, a gym and a shaded patio.
In-apartment dining is provided by a Florentine institution, Trattoria Cammillo. Every day, a dedicated housekeeper attends to guests’ comfort with care and discretion.
Reinventing The Tuscan Experience

La Réserve Firenze stands on Via Santo Spirito, in the heart of the Oltrarno on the left bank of the Arno. Once home to Florence’s great families, the neighbourhood remains the beating heart of an unspoilt Florence, where art galleries and restaurant terraces sit alongside artisan workshops and refined boutiques. The Palazzo Pitti, the Ponte Vecchio and Via Tornabuoni are all a short stroll away.
Each day, the Maître de Maison shares the city’s best-kept secrets with guests through privileged experiences: private cultural visits, tennis among the olive trees on the owners’ estate, wine tastings, and cooking or mixology classes.
The doors open, and the city reveals itself. On Via Santo Spirito, La Réserve opens the way to a Florence still waiting to be discovered.
