Nutty, chocolatey and packed with energy-boosting oat power. What’s not to love?
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• 65g blanched almonds
• 60g cashews
• 60g pecans
• 70g raisins
• 35g sesame seeds
• 35g pumpkin seeds
• 35g unsweetened desiccated coconut
• 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons honey
• plant-based milk, to serve
1 Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the nuts, raisins and seeds to the pan first, followed closely by the desiccated coconut, cacao powder, cinnamon and honey.
2 Stir frequently for 15 minutes, reducing the heat slightly after 10 minutes.
3 Either serve yourself a portion with some plant-based milk and store the rest, or transfer everything to an airtight container.
