Clear your weekend plans and grab the passport instead – taking place on Saturday 5 October, The Retreat at Blue Lagoon in Iceland is treating guests to an unforgettable evening of extraordinary cuisine and exquisite Champagne at its exclusive Moss Restaurant.
Hosted in partnership with Boërl & Kroff Champagne, the night will feature a 5-course tasting menu—conceived by Michelin-starred Icelandic chef Aggi Sverrisson – that explores and reimagines Iceland’s culinary heritage.
Hosted by Patrick Sabaté and Stéphane Sésé (the founders of France’s legendary Boërl & Kroff Champagne) the duo will share their passions and discovers throughout the event.
Devoured against the backdrop of a stunning volcanic wonderland, each dish will be paired with a Boërl & Kroff vintage by Master Sommelier Clément Robert – creating a sublime gourmet experience.
Currently Iceland’s only Michelin-starred chef, Aggi Sverrisson is Chef Patron and owner of Michelin-starred Texture Restaurant and Champagne Bar in London. With a number of accolades underneath his apron, guests are set to be treated to unforgettable culinary enchantment during the Icelandic experience.
