Formerly of the world-famous Palace Gstaad, and the Michelin star awarded Grand Hotel Bellevue Gstaad, Reist is treating foodies to an evening filled with authentic alpine delights. Awaiting you, a five-course supper course devoured against the backdrop of Dalloway Terrace’s idyllic terrace.
On the menu, think Fondue Bellavista, mouth-watering Raclette, Marinated ‘Swiss-Pure’ Alpine Salmon, Beef Filet and the king of wintery desserts, a rich Crème brûlée. Alongside the indulgent dishes, guests can also purchase a number of exclusive Swiss pairing wines.
