Taking place on 23 January 2020, the beautiful London hotspot will be welcoming renowned Gstaad Chef, Marcel Reist, from the critically acclaimed Hotel Bernerhof for an exclusive chef takeover.
Formerly of the world-famous Palace Gstaad, and the Michelin star awarded Grand Hotel Bellevue Gstaad, Reist is treating foodies to an evening filled with authentic alpine delights. Awaiting you, a five-course supper course devoured against the backdrop of Dalloway Terrace’s idyllic terrace.
On the menu, think Fondue Bellavista, mouth-watering Raclette, Marinated ‘Swiss-Pure’ Alpine Salmon, Beef Filet and the king of wintery desserts, a rich Crème brûlée. Alongside the indulgent dishes, guests can also purchase a number of exclusive Swiss pairing wines.
Described as ‘One of the world’s most Instagrammable restaurants’ by Vogue, Dalloway Terrace’s latest incarnation – by Nikki Tibbles Wild at Heart – is inspired by all things Gstaad.
Explore a beautiful winter scene in the snowy Alps, replete with snow drenched pine garlands and traditional Swiss cow bells nestled amongst the frosty foliage.
Located in the wide valley below what is arguably the most impressive mountain backdrop in the Alps – the Wildstrubel – Gstaad receives a high level of prestige and international fame for being one of the most luxurious ski destinations in the world.
