The first in a series of fun online chef masterclasses, Aqua Expeditions are inviting keen foodies to join their award-winning consulting chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino on-board the Aria Amazon and Aqua Nera vessels.
Pedro will be donning his apron to take centre stage in an online cooking session, creating his beloved classics such as Ceviche and Pisco Sours. Streamed across Aqua Expeditions social media channels, from Facebook to Instagram, it’s an excellent way to get a taste of Peru without even leaving your kitchen.
Known for using Amazonian ingredients in his Modern Peruvian cuisine, chef Schiaffino’s masterclass will talk you through how to best prepare Ceviche and how to make the most delicious traditional Pisco Sour.
