Ideal for a dose of rejuvenation and relaxation, country estate and hotel Gleneagles is partnering with internationally renowned naturopath and nutritionist, Rosemary Ferguson for a trio of 3-day wellness retreats
Wellness worshippers, blenders and yoga mats this way please. Following the official relaunch of the Gleneagles Spa this month, Scotland’s landmark country estate and hotel has announced an exclusive partnership with internationally renowned naturopath and nutritionist, Rosemary Ferguson. Marking the next phase of the hotel’s ongoing wellness evolution, guests are invited to attend the new series of three 3-day retreats, with the first launching in November 2021, followed by January 2022 and March 2022.
Featuring gentle exercise, spa treatments and plenty of deliciously nutritious dishes, the November retreat will be Rosemary’s first hosted retreat in Scotland and one of particular, personal significance, given her upbringing in nearby Helensburgh.
Over the course of the 3 days, Rosemary will focus on three key areas: liver, gut health and re-energising – using the power of nutrition and the benefits of the great outdoors and Gleneagles’ 850 acres of Glorious Playground.
Rosemary commented: ‘It’s the restorative nature of the Perthshire surrounds that I’m particularly excited about – the dramatic landscape, endless space, the sights and sounds of nature and the endless outdoor pursuits Gleneagles has to offer. Combined with our curated meals and Gleneagles’ new wellness offering in the spa, our 3-day retreat will provide all the tools guests need to get back on track post-pandemic and ready for a new year’
The Three-Day Itinerary
The experience will begin at home with a personalised welcome pack from Gleneagles and Rosemary Ferguson, featuring Gleneagles’ new in-house range of locally sourced botanical oils, recipes, a three-day food plan and some travel day ‘how to’s’. Next, attendees will venture to the Scottish luxury haven for the pampering retreat.
