Transport yourself to the untouched island of Formentera while resident yoga expert Yiannis guides viewers through a gentle yoga session designed to soothe anxiety through the power of movement.
Ideal for a spot of mindfulness, classes taking place every Tuesday and Saturday at 10am (GMT UK).
Host Yiannis will transport our minds away from reality and straight to the calm shores of Formentera – with crystal clear waters and white golden sand as far as the eye can see.
Yiannis is a former pupil of master Sri Dharma Mittra and teaches yoga everyday at Gecko free of charge for guests, as well as running a series of yoga retreats in the low seasons.
