An exciting new 358-room hotel is set to open its doors in Manchester this April, with the city set to welcome the biggest Hampton by Hilton in Europe to date
One of the UK’s fastest growing cities, with a 3.1% annual growth sustained over 10 years, it’s reported that Manchester’s economy has performed twice as well as that of the UK as a whole. Given its thriving hospitality scene, it’s little surprise that Manchester was selected as the home for the largest Hampton by Hilton in Europe.
Set to open to guests in April 2026, the new Hampton by Hilton Manchester City Centre will be located on the city’s buzzing Deansgate. Part of a wider project by Dean Street Developments in the heart of the city, the 358-room property will comprise modern guestrooms designed for comfort and convenience, many with sweeping cityscape views.
Its coveted central location places guests within walking distance of Manchester Central Convention Centre, Deansgate Square, Spinningfields, Oxford Road, major transport links, and many of the city’s leading restaurants, entertainment venues, and shopping districts.
Inspired by the city’s urban character and industrial heritage, interiors of Hampton by Hilton Manchester City Centre reflect a modern and poised ambience. The building’s architecture meanwhile will make a strong new addition to the city’s skyline, rising above Deansgate and visible from afar.
Hampton by Hilton Manchester City Centre will be home to its own bar and all-day dining restaurant, perfect for a relaxed bite before or after exploring the city, informal meetings, or casual evening drinks. In line with other Hampton by Hilton properties, all stays will include a complimentary hot breakfast, with the brand’s signature Hampton Waffle makers ready for guests to whip up their own golden malted waffles.
Other amenities are set to include a 24-hour fitness centre, and a meeting and event space available for private hire.
