Venture into the heart of South America when dining in the middle of Mayfair thanks to COYA Mayfair’s brand new redesign
Known for its dynamic dining experience and legendary DJ brunches, COYA Mayfair has reopened its doors with an entirely new look. Inspired by the Peruvian culture of South America, expect vibrant dishes and cocktails alongside a vivaciously contemporary interior design.
The new look comes courtesy of London design studio, Sagrada (whose design repertoire includes the likes of London’s Arts Club, Sartoria, and five-star Tel Aviv hotel The Norman).
Walk in to enjoy a pure celebration of Latin America, with a heavy focus on the group’s Peruvian focus, inspired by Spanish and Asian influences.
With Sangrada’s intention to “add another layer of craftsmanship and new textures,” the interiors feature intricate details – such as stunning gold mirror walls with lush foliage blooming from the ceiling.

The sultry Latin atmosphere is conjured immediately with an entrance overflowing with tropical plants and Peruvian-inspired lanterns, which leads to a space filled with decadent Peruvian-made furnishings and accessories, aided by Incan patterns and carved wooden panelling.
With a reputation for providing sublime dining as well as excellent entertainment, COYA will continue to showcase the best artists and musicians, offering music events, artist pop-ups, parties, live bands and DJs.
Matching the sleek new interiors, a newly revised menu pays homepage to Peru’s diverse food landscape with a blend of modern cooking techniques and traditional South American flavours. And if that doesn’t do the job, the selection of over 40 tequilas certainly will.
