Join four of London’s top women in business with a special panel discussion & sit-down dinner at The Ivy Tower Bridge for International Women’s Day
Feast with finance for International Women’s Day. Taking place on Wednesday, 11 March, The Ivy Tower Bridge is celebrating all things femme with an aspiring panel discussion from remarkable women in the financial industry – all whilst enjoying a sit-down dinner.
Ideal for those looking to feel both empowered and inspired, host Vanessa Vallely, Managing Director of We Are The City, will lead the discussions between panellists Caroline Graham, Director of Barclays Banks, Priscilla Baffour, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at The Financial Times, and Julia Streets, Comedian and Fintech Radio presenter. Book your place and expect to be motivated with their stories of what being a woman in business means to them.
Kicking off the evening with drinks and canapés, the event will encompass an interactive dinner treating guests to a 30-minute panel discussion whereby the women will cover a range of topics and issues.
These will include top tips for career success, overcoming barriers and resilience, self-care and mental wellbeing and the importance of giving back.
Post-panel, guests will be encouraged to bring their thoughts and questions to the table over a 15-minute audience Q&A in the restaurant’s exquisite private dining room overlooking Tower Bridge.
Of course, don’t forget about the food. The included menu, which will be served throughout the course of the evening, features asparagus with truffle hollandaise to start, followed by blackened cod fillet baked in a banana leaf with a soy and sesame marinade, citrus-picked fennel, grilled broccoli, chilli and jasmine rice, with a tempting vanilla cheesecake with mango, passion fruit, and tropical sorbet to finish.
