The four weeks will be focused on ground-breaking Modern Mayr Medicine programmes, designed to give a wellbeing lift, treatments focus on the gut and educate on ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle going forward.
During the retreats, guests can make the most of Park Igls Medical Spa Resort’s incredible facilities – including a gym with state-of-the-art apparatus, a large swimming pool opening out to the resort’s luxuriant gardens, plus a Kneipp trail, a pretty pagoda and an immaculate nine-hole putting course.

1) Easter Escape (13-20 April), with optional mobile phone fasting
As Lent draws to a close, this is a spring-cleansing week with clear mountain air and breath-taking scenery adding to the therapeutic benefits of the cure. Guests will depart strengthened in resilience, inner peace and a positive mindset.
Priced at £1739 (€2089) per person, the programme includes three full-body massages, two detox wraps, one cranio-sacral therapy, a moisturising pack, health checks/examinations, and complementary group exercise, meditation and training sessions. A pop-up in-house Easter market, a silent hike and an excursion to Innsbruck’s Cathedral and Easter Market are on the programme which concludes with a delicious Easter-themed Mayr breakfast on departure day.
2) Feldenkrais® Week (18-25 May)
This teaches ways to improve one’s natural gait. This revolutionary somatic education was devised to enhance body awareness, reduce effort and enable pain-free movement. All making for an improved quality of life.
Priced at £1935 (€2325) per person the programme includes a private Feldenkrais® lesson with the skilled coach, five one-hour Feldenkrais® group classes, three full-body massages, three detox compresses, relevant health checks and examinations, and participation in group exercise sessions and lectures.
3) 2 x Active Summer Weeks (29 June – 6 July; 6-13 July)
Designed for athletes, health-conscious outdoor enthusiasts and anyone wanting to incorporate exercise in their detox programme. Expert physicians, coaches and therapists are on hand to support and advise throughout the week.
Priced at £1968 (€2365) per person, the programme includes four IHHT Cell Trainings, two bioimpedance measurements, three partial body massages and either three full-body massages or one each of lymphatic drainage, cranio-sacral therapy and shiatsu. Health checks and examinations alongside group coaching sessions (mental strength and activating activity) and an informative nutrition lecture are also included. For individuals keen to make the most of the mountain biking on the doorstep, Park Igls can arrange a professional guide on request.
All Park Igls treatment programmes are charged as taken. Prices include a delicious alkaline-based Modern Mayr diet exclusively tailored to each guest and prepared using 100% organic ingredients sourced locally when possible. In addition an extensive list of services include a wide-ranging weekly agenda of optional on- and off-site activities.
