Ready to feel totally transfixed by the magic of fashion? Ahead of this year’s hotly anticipated London Fashion Week, Brassiere of Light is hosting an intimate talk with fashion sensation Olivia Rubin.
Hosted alongside Rosanna Falconer, Founder of digital fashion community, FashMash, the event will take place from 7pm to 9pm in the restaurant’s stunning private dining room, The Pegasus Room.
On arrival, dig into an array of delicious canapés and refreshing Champagne before enjoying an inspiring talk from Olivia. She’ll be divulging stories and anecdotes from her own fascinating personal fashion journey.
From launching her first womenswear line after graduating from Central Saint Martin’s College, to the rebirth of her fashion career years later with her recognisable bright and bold rainbow designs, Olivia will also be shining a light on what will feature in her first London Fashion Week debut show.

3 Get a dim sum fix at Duddell’s

Just a scenic walk along the river away, Duddell’s in the heart of London Bridge will be celebrating the return of London Fashion Week with their new cocktail and dim sum afternoon menus, available at the bar from 3pm-6pm every day.
The perfect pick-me-up between shows, the new cocktail menu takes inspiration from the defining style and individuality of the renowned drinks list from the original Duddell’s in Hong Kong.
Diners can expect favourites such as the Pork siu mai (£7), Har gau (£7), Black pepper duck pumpkin dumpling (£7) Wild mushroom dumpling (£7) and famed Cantonese dim sum symphony (£19).
Enjoy them alongside the new cocktail creations including signatures such as the ‘Imperial Spritz’ (£12), a fruitful blend of Pimms No.1, Chinese black tea, old barrel bitters, Prosecco or the Love (£12) with Absolut Elyx vodka, Aperol, Fair goiji berry liquor, peach, lemon, Cinzano 1757 dry vermouth, whites, a wink from your server.

4 Snack on sushi at Dinings SW3

Hidden in a mews a short tube ride away from the action, Dinings SW3, the second restaurant from the team behind the much–loved Dinings in Marylebone, is set to be one of the top dining destinations this LFW.
Hungry fashionistas will be able to enjoy Dinings SW3’s unique menu prepared by Executive Chef Masaki Sugisaki and his team that showcases a unique style of sushi and sashimi using the freshest seafood from Cornish day boats and local produce wherever possible.
The new seasonal Omakase Tasting Menu spans the breadth of Japanese cuisine – from the restaurant’s signature sushi and ‘tar-tar chips’ to the hot ‘Shuko’ dishes cooked on the traditional Josper grill where meat and fish are cooked ‘Sumiyaki’ over charcoal.

Undeniably a place to see and be seen, this Picadilly powerhouse has celebs, journalists and the fashion set all flocking to its heavy doors.
With the buzz of a grand European cafe (with plenty of people spotting opportunities) book a table and head here for a breakfast of home-made Viennoiserie, classic egg dishes and a full English breakfast. If it’s good enough for the late A.A Gill, it’s certainly good enough for us.

15 Clink cocktail glasses at The Donovan Bar
Named after close friend of the Forte family and famous photographer Terrence Donovan, who photographed some of the biggest fashion icons in the 60s and 70s, The Donovan Bar is a seriously swish watering hole.
In homage to his photography, drinks-maestro Salvatore Calabrese has created a dedicated cocktail menu – Our Generation – which includes five fashion-based tipples such as Viva Biba, The Twiggy and Model Muse.
To celebrate LFW, this Mayfair bar has created a special, limited edition cocktail just to pay homage to the best seats in the house – the front row. The ‘FROW’ may be blue in colour but it’s certainly not in mood; combining distinct citrus notes with gin and triple sec for colourful creation.
