With a rotating theme every month, dogs will be treated as VIPs (Very Important Pooches) with a specially created ball pit, bottomless Pawsecco and doggy snacks. There’s even a Furmily photobooth for snapping some Insta-worthy pics with your best pup pal. 2 Treat your Valentine to an artistic afternoon tea at Mirror Room at Rosewood London

Nothing says luxury quite like the taste of truffle. Bar des Pres, the intimate Franco/East Asian restaurant in Mayfair, has added a number of new delectable Perigord truffle dishes to the menu – the perfect way to indulge on a special occasion like Valentine’s Day. Enjoy roasted hand-dived scallops and Jerusalem artichokes on a bed of silky velouté, elegantly topped with wafer thin slices of black Perigord truffle, and Artichoke salad made with yuzu truffle vinaigrette, rocket and pine nuts. 4 Enjoy an intimate Latin American Jazz night at Amazonico London

5 Say it with a six-course tasting menu at Le Comptoir Robuchon

Le Comptoir Robuchon, the Mayfair restaurant endorsing the legacy of chef Joël Robuchon with modern, innovative and seasonal recipes, is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a special six-course tasting menu and live jazz music. The perfect setting to mark the occasion, guests can expect a collection of indulgent dishes created by the restaurant’s Head Chef Dario Avenca while being serenaded by Jazz singer Kerry Jo and her guitarist as they perform the classics. 

To start, guests will be welcomed with a glass of rosé Champagne or a cocktail of their choosing, including two special Valentine’s Day creations on the day. Expertly crafted by Le Comptoir’s bar team, sip on the Valentina, a blend of Chase grapefruit gin, Italicus, Sassy cider, rose petal syrup and cranberry or the Valentino, a mix of Tapatio tequila, lime cordial and grapefruit bitter.

The six-course menu will offer dishes such as Le Crabe (crab, sea urchin, finger lime and caviar) and L’Agneau (cannon of lamb, potato pissaladière, olive jus, ginger bouillon) plus many others.

Le Comptoir Robuchon’s Head Sommelier Charlotte Page has also created a wine pairing, each glass carefully sourced and handpicked to compliment each dish.

6 Partake in pasta-packed feasts at Il Borro Tuscan Bistro London 

Italian food is the language of love – and at Il Borro Tuscan Bistro London, they’re fluent in all things romantic. 16 Fall into frivolity at Sumosan Twiga 

If you’re partial to a party, raise a toast to Cupid’s favourite day at Sumosan Twiga. On Saturday 12th, with the sumptuous staircase dramatically decorated, and feathers and roses adorning all corners of the venue, the scene will be set for a night of fun and frivolity.

Live entertainment throughout the night will feature the best of Cabaret, from pin up singers and cancan dancers to trumpet players, drummers, and even a mime, captivating the audience all night long. Meanwhile, on Monday the 14th of February, Sumosan Twiga will ensure guests have a wonderfully romantic experience with live music, saxophone players and an incredible tango duo to set the mood alight.

The earlier sitting, costing £120 per person, will welcome guests from 6:30pm with a glass of Kir Royale followed by a selection of Sushi and Maki Rolls, carefully chosen by Chef Alessandro Scala. 18 Opt for opulence at Ormer Mayfair

A spot of fine dining never goes amiss. Over at Ormer Mayfair by Sofian, there’s a stunning eight-course tasting menu that kicks off with a special canapé selection of Jersey oysters with cucumber, horseradish and Alsace bacon.

19 Feast on fabulousness with Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane 

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane will be pulling out all the stops this Valentine’s Day with a special four-course dinner menu at Amaranto Restaurant and a pleasure-seeking cocktail selection at Amaranto Bar, available from 11th – 14th February 2022. 

The indulgent four-course menu (£85 per person) will be served in the opulent surroundings of Amaranto Restaurant, with grand décor and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows completing the picture. Courses will include a sensational seafood platter with lobster timbale, prawns, Balik salmon and caviar; followed by fillet of sole, with truffle, leeks, potatoes and finished with a champagne beurre blanc; and lamb loin with parmesan risotto, mushrooms, Jerusalem artichokes and lamb jus. To finish, delight in a rose & white chocolate mousse with strawberry crémeux and strawberry & rose ice cream.

Vegetarians aren’t an afterthought, with a dedicated four-course menu (£65 per person) featuring courgette filled with pepper ragout and a grilled aubergine, leek and mushroom remoulade; celeriac soufflé with roasted parsnips and swedes with a truffled velouté; and a spinach pithivier, with beetroots, roasted figs, and a carrot, and orange mousseline.
