To celebrate this exciting new chapter, Su-Man will be launching a brand-new treatment, the Ultimate Glow Facial, which will be exclusive to the five-star hotel. Guests can also take part in a series of movement masterclasses, to complement her existing list of revolutionary treatments.
With a passion for wellness and a strong belief in the human body’s ability to selfheal, Su-Man has spent countless years perfecting her craft, training in traditional Chinese massage, Pilates and various healing arts to develop a one-of-a-kind approach to skin care that gives clients the ultimate ‘no-Botox face lift.’

This brand-new nine-step facial focuses on deep cleansing, purification and hydration, combining Su-Man’s unique massage technique and radio frequency facial equipment tailored to stimulate the skin’s metabolic function to create the ultimate glow.
Skin Reborn Sculpting Facial: (60 min) £260
Described as a “non-surgical facelift” that aims to stimulate and energise face muscles for an instantly brighter, more sculpted complexion, this facial is a solitary, hands-on experience that brings back light to the skin.
Chi Flow Contour Facial: (60 min) £250
Using a Gua Sha tool that stimulates the meridian lines and pressure points of the face to provide lymphatic drainage, this facial gives a dramatically defined face and jawline to lift the skin.

For a greater rejuvenation experience, this facial uses Su-Man’s Velvet Skin Brightening Serum as well as powerful oxygen therapy to penetrate the deep layers of the skin. After years of practicing Thai Chi, Qigong and dance, Su-Man found a way to sustain and invigorate her wellbeing. Through a combination of simple, elegant and dynamic movements Su-Man will help clients to create a harmonious flow of Qi to give them a sense of freedom and control, making them feel full of vitality and youthful energy.
Su-Man will be launching her exclusive Movement Masterclass at Sofitel London St James, which incorporate the principles of Tai-Chi and traditional Chinese medicine to unblock the Qi energy within the body and reduce stagnation (the main cause of ageing according to Su-Man).
The award-winning Sofitel SPA is a tranquil oasis nestled within the walls of one of London’s most luxurious hotels, which is open to hotel guests as well as day guests. Set over three floors, the spa’s design is inspired by the hotel’s French roots, featuring deep pink and purple hues, velvet upholstery, rose coloured marble walls, and dark oak panelling.
