Running every Friday and Saturday from 26th June until 12th September, the SAHA collaboration is part of Brother Marcus’ wider 10-year anniversary campaign, The Road Home, which sees the brand tracing its roots through the kitchens, markets and traditions that have shaped its food philosophy – and bringing back the energy to London’s Spitalfields market.

Located at Brother Marcus Spitalfields, the pop-up will transform the restaurant’s street-facing counter into a vibrant walk-up food destination, serving a rotating monthly menu of East Med-inspired sandwiches designed for lunch, market browsing and summer weekends in the city.

The menu has been developed by Nicole Pisani, former Head Chef at Ottolenghi’s NOPI and co-founder of Chefs in Schools, alongside Oren Goldfeld, Brother Marcus’ Head of Culinary Innovation and fellow NOPI alumnus. Swap your snooze button for the dancefloor this summer as The Folly by Drake & Morgan hosts the first-ever Begin Again Coffee Rave on Wednesday 22nd July, from 7am – 8am. Expect pumping playlists, freshly brewed coffee and feel-good energy as the growing trend for morning socialising comes to the heart of the city.

The Coffee Rave is in collaboration with Begin Again – the chart-topping podcast hosted by Davina McCall which focuses on personal growth and new beginnings – and will be led by Rant & Ramble who are known for their York-based viral Coffee Raves that took social media by storm, with the July event marking a London first.

Elevating the much-loved Iced Strawberries & Cream Matcha Latte, Black Sheep Coffee is introducing a new Strawberry Cold Foam, adding a creamy, fruit-forward finish to the cult favourite. Bite into Big Olive Energy with Voodoo Ray's

To mark National Olive Day (June 1st), Dalston pizza institution Voodoo Ray’s has partnered with snack disruptor OLLY’S to launch a limited-edition, olive-led menu designed for the city’s most fanatic olive fans from June 1st – June 15th.

The collaboration introduces Big Olive Energy – a 22-inch pizza topped with over 50 olives, placing the ingredient firmly at the centre of the plate.

To mark the launch, Voodoo Ray’s Dalston will be giving away 50 free giant 22-inch Big Olive Energy pizzas from 12pm on 1st June, available on a first come, first served basis.

The pizza features OLLY’S Smoky Red Pepper Olives layered over a harissa Napoli base, finished with sumac, preserved lemon and whipped feta, pulled lamb, fresh mint and pomegranate. A vegetarian version will also be available, offering the same flavour profile without the pulled lamb.

Alongside the special, Voodoo Ray’s will also be serving its popular Queen Vegan slice, topped with OLLY’S Garlic & Basil olives, bringing a fresh, herbaceous twist to the plant-based favourite.

To complement the pizzas, three olive-inspired dipping sauces will also be available – each made with blended olives at their core. Piri Energy brings the heat with a piri piri olive mayo, balancing chilli warmth with a citrus kick. Zest Energy pairs lemon and garlic in a bright, sharp olive mayo designed to cut through richness. Green Energy offers a fresher finish with a vibrant chimichurri olive oil, packed with herbs and garlic.

Try Tea Tales at Dim Sum Library

This May, discover a different side of afternoon tea in Covent Garden with Tea Tales at Dim Sum Library – a playful Chinese-inspired afternoon tea experience where every tea has a story to tell.

Blending authentic Cantonese dim sum, premium Chinese teas and interactive storytelling, Tea Tales transforms the traditional afternoon tea into a fun, flavour-led journey through Chinese tea culture. Designed to be educational, delicious and a little unexpected, the experience introduces guests to legendary teas through curated food pairings, tea-inspired cocktails, mocktails and bubble teas – all served with a contemporary Yum Cha twist.

As part of the experience, guests are invited to begin the experience by rolling the Lucky Dice, which determines their tea destiny and introduces them to one of the five legendary Chinese teas. Each result reveals a unique tea story and pairing, before guests choose how they would like to enjoy it: as an alcoholic cocktail, non-alcoholic mocktail, bubble tea or traditional hot tea.

Presented in an elegant birdcage stand, the Tea Tales afternoon tea features Dim Sum Library signatures including the Wagyu Beef Puff with black pepper, Wild Mushroom & Beetroot Dumplings, Crystal Har Gau and Baked Barbecued Pork Puff, alongside specials such as Yu Xiang Crispy Pork Dumplings and Crispy Fried Purple Cabbage Rolls. Sweet finishes include classic Cantonese egg tarts for the perfect end to the experience.

At the heart of Tea Tales is the tea itself. The drinks menu explores five premium Chinese teas – from delicate Jasmine Pearls to rich, earthy Shu ‘Ripe’ Pu-erh – with each tea reimagined as a cocktail, mocktail and bubble tea. Along the way, guests discover the origins, flavours and folklore behind every blend, turning each sip into part of the story.

The five tea tales include Jasmine Pearls, a floral green tea rooted in a scenting tradition established more than 1,000 years ago during the Song Dynasty, when fresh jasmine blossoms were layered with tea leaves to naturally absorb their delicate floral aroma; Shu ‘Ripe’ Pu-erh, a warming, fermented tea historically linked to Yunnan and the ancient Tea Horse Road; Osmanthus Flowers, loved for their honeyed sweetness and association with the Mid-Autumn Festival; Iron Buddha ‘Tie Guan Yin’ Oolong, one of China’s most celebrated teas; and Chrysanthemum, a traditional floral tea with a history dating back to the Tang Dynasty.

Wallet: Priced at £25 per person, Tea Tales combines interactive dining, tea education and modern Cantonese flavours, offering one of London’s most unique afternoon tea experiences in the heart of Covent Garden
When: Launching on 18th May 2026
Where: Dim Sum Library, Covent Garden, 136 Long Acre, London WC2E 9AA

Explore the French Riviera with Bōkan

This summer, the French Riviera comes to Canary Wharf as Bōkan transforms its rooftop terrace into a sun-drenched Côte d’Azur escape in partnership with Citadelle Gin, the original French craft gin.

Set high above the city with panoramic views stretching from the Gherkin to Greenwich, expect azure and white styling, pillars draped with lemons and lavender, and a terrace made for long lunches, golden hour cocktails and late summer evenings.

Alongside Citadelle gin creations such as the Silky Attitude with zesty lemon, mango and creamy coconut and the Negroni Blanc with Lillet for a lighter take on the old favourite; Bar Manager Alex Muller has created a cocktail list inspired by the sprawling city below.

Standouts include the Golden Reel, a salted caramel twist on a daiquiri with popcorn-infused Altamura vodka, bright lime and a smooth indulgent finish, while Roasted Horizon brings sunshine in a glass with Adriatico amaretto, pineapple, yuzu and rhubarb, finished with Planteray OFTD rum for extra warmth. For low and no ABV options, Vanilla Cloud blends coconut, lime and vanilla with Everleaf and a smooth mango foam.

To match, finger-friendly bar food and sharing plates include slow-cooked beef tacos, BBQ chicken wings, and British cheese and charcuterie boards, alongside larger dishes such as the Wagyu Bōkan burger, basil pesto lasagna and chicken Caesar salad.
