As if there was ever further reason needed to book a flight, Six Senses have announced four exciting new properties in London, Milan, Dubai and Saudi Arabia for 2025
Calling all luxury travel lovers. Designed with the diverse and responsible creativity that has become a Six Senses hallmark, the brand is delighted to announce four openings in 2025.
From contemporary hotels in London, Milan, and Dubai, to dramatic coastal resorts in AMAALA, each opening will no doubt have guests flocking through each entrance to experience the enticing magic for themselves. Here’s what’s to expect from the property quartet:
1 Six Senses London, United Kingdom
Opening H1 2025

Translating the Six Senses vision into an urban environment enables unique communities of residents, hotel guests and members to come together in iconic landmark locations in cities across the world. Marking the elegant and highly anticipated entry of Six Senses to the UK, Six Senses London will offer both an epicentre and escape at The Whiteley.
Occupying an entire city block on Queensway, The Whiteley development is a complete re-imagining of epic scale and proportion of the historic department store, a stone’s throw from Hyde Park. Poised to become the capital’s greatest residential and hospitality address, Six Senses London will have 109 rooms and suites that will celebrate the building’s origins, aesthetically connected by exquisite design, space, comfort, and natural light.
There will also be 14 branded residences available to buy, where owners will have access to privileges that come with a Six Senses home, including bespoke interior design, concierge service, dining, housekeeping and wellness programming.
The Six Senses Spa will play an integral part in the hotel’s offering. In a space reminiscent of an old-fashioned London underground station, the spa journey will mirror the different energies of the city life, from the sensory stimulation and movement of the street to the stillness and calm of a quiet café or park. Highlights will include 3,500 metres dedicated to fitness, a 20-metre indoor swimming pool, a Biohacking Recovery Lounge, two double treatment rooms, six single treatment rooms, one sensory suite and an Alchemy Bar and a relaxation room with vaulted ceilings.
The opening will also mark the launch of Six Senses Place, a new private member’s club where wellness, community and celebration meet, and sustainability is central to its design and operations. Six Senses Place adopts the Six Senses belief that wellness is anything and everything that results in mental, physical, spiritual and emotional happiness. Six Senses Place will feature a central bar and lounge, co-working spaces and four small meeting room lounges, consultation room, and restaurant.
2 Six Senses AMAALA, Saudi Arabia
Opening H2 2025

Six Senses Triple Bay, AMAALA will serve as a canvas on which to paint an experience of a lifetime. Integrated into the unique landforms, the beachfront residences, a hillside village, and villas that line the private mangrove bay offer varied accommodation options to suit all guest preferences. They blend the natural raw beauty of the site with the understated purity and elegance of the brand’s sustainable design standards.
The 64 rooms, six suites, 30 villas, and 25 branded residences are inspired by the region’s traditional coastal villages, which seamlessly integrate with the naturally occurring topography and use locally sourced materials. They will be located on one of the most dramatic landforms along AMAALA’s Triple Bay area, offering panoramic views across the Hijaz Cove to the Red Sea. The meandering streets and paths that crisscross the site lead to enchanting plazas with glimpses of the Pura Cove and its iridescent blue lagoons.
Deriving from the Arabic word for hope and the Sanskrit word for purity, AMAALA embodies Saudi Arabia’s transformative Vision 2030 program to build a vibrant society, thriving economy, and ambitious nation.
3 Six Senses Milan, Italy
Opening H2 2025

Six Senses Milan marks the second Italian property for the brand, following its debut opening Six Senses Rome in 2023. Six Senses Milan enjoys a prime address at Via Brera 19 in the heart of the artistic Brera quarter, emblematic of authentic Milanese heritage and culture.
Tucked away in this artists’ quarter, Six Senses Milan is well positioned to take guests on a journey of discovery through craftsmanship and timeless style, from the arabescato marble to the antique brass detailing, handmade smoked glass, textured ceilings, and mosaic borders. The galleries around Via Brera and masterpieces within the Pinacoteca Museum offer a pause from Milan’s high-energy rhythms.
Six Senses Milan showcases the brand’s deep commitment to sustainability, which flows from the materials and furnishings to the prominent space dedicated to the Earth Lab, tranquil internal courtyard, and specialty restaurant and deli featuring seasonal gastronomy. Of the 68 guest rooms, 15 are suites, and two feature plunge pools. No Six Senses is complete without a state-of-the-art Six Senses Spa to administer a range of high-tech, high-touch treatments, and the rooftop bar and sky pool also make a splash.
4 Six Senses The Palm, Dubai
Opening H2 2025

Crafted between sand and sea, Six Senses Dubai, The Palm, is a secluded escape unlike anywhere in the city. Six Senses will mark its entry into the UAE market with a LEED-certified 61-room hotel and 162 branded residences along a private stretch of beach on Dubai Palm Jumeirah’s West Crescent.
The strategic location speaks to the rich cultural and historical links between Dubai and one of its most precious natural resources: coral reefs and the ecosystems they support. Recognizing the significance of coral reefs to the UAE and efforts to preserve them, coral is the main inspiration for the architectural narrative, with the undulating rooflines, silhouettes, and cellular facades resembling its natural form and beauty.
This creates outward-looking environments that are shaded and protected from the sun. Rooms offer a high degree of privacy yet maximum visibility through the buildings towards the Gulf and Dubai skyline. As the popularity of tranquil beachfront locations grows, Six Senses The Palm, Dubai will offer a new dimension in community living, and further elevate Dubai’s burgeoning real estate and hospitality sector.
Community and ceremony will therefore be foremost at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, enhanced by cultural and social space such as restaurants, bars, pool, Grow with Six Senses kids’ club, games room, library, function rooms, and meeting rooms.
At the core of Six Senses The Pal, Dubai, is a 60,000 square foot social and wellness club, offering a longevity clinic, IV lounge, biohacking room, massage circuit pool, squash court, working spaces and Six Senses Spa, which is also inspired by the textured coral reefs under the sea.
Biophilic design elements will also encourage natural circadian rhythms throughout the design, be it above, or below ground, with recovery treatments and reconnection programs designed to help guests, members and residents thrive. The sparkling 25-metre lap pool on the Skyjack on the 109th floor also testifies to the pioneering design.
