Amp up the ambience at NIJŪ


NIJŪ, the Berkeley Street Japanese dining destination led by Executive Chef Chris Golding is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a special set menu.

Priced at £140 per person, the menu will begin  with a trio of Grilled Native oysters, Akaito saffron & whisky,  Tuna Tartare, buckwheat tart, fresh wasabi & caviar and A4 Wagyu Beef Tartare, tama miso and toasted shokupan.

Next, in true NIJŪ style, the team will serve a selection of sushi and sashimi  before the main course of either A5 Wagyu fillet “Tournedos Rossini” or Steamed Halibut, kombu & caviar beurre blanc. Finally, couples will enjoy desserts of Milk Mousse, matcha, poached rhubarb, and hand-made Wagashi.
