Calling all gourmands! Celebrate International Sherry Week with this special evening of fine dining and diverse sherries on Thursday 10th November
Mon chéri… or Mon Sherry? In celebration of International Sherry Week, Michelin Star chef Niklas Ekstedt’s Scandinavian restaurant, Ekstedt at the Yard, and sherry winery Bodegas Lustau are teaming up for a rare special night of edible delights on Thursday 10th November.
Ideal for fans of the fortified wine, the team at Ekstedt at the Yard have carefully curated a unique Best of Both Worlds menu, perfectly paired with a diverse range of Lustau sherries. Playing their part in this week long sherry celebration, the evening will marry Scandinavian cooking with the finest Spanish sherries for a diverse culinary event.
The five-course menu is set to feature an array of complex and rare dishes, complete with sherry pairings. The menu will feature several of Niklas’ signature dishes from his restaurant in Stockholm alongside premium sherries from Lustaus’ beautiful sherry winery. Adding to the experience, Brand Ambassador, Federico Sanchez-Pece Salmeron, will also be there to guide guests through the sherries and the history of the Bodegas.
