2 Celebrate an unforgettable New Year’s Eve at Chotto Matte in the Forest of Hikari

Amazónico is going all out this year and making up for lost time by hosting the ultimate New Year’s Eve party on Friday, 31st December. Kicking off from 5pm, guests will be transported to the iconic disco era of Studio 54 with live music, DJs, tropical menus and stunning décor (with a few surprises along the way!).

Paying special homage to the classic festive cheer found in decorative Christmas lights, no corner of COYA will be untouched. A myriad of golden lights, palms, garlands, teasels and baubles create beautiful, charming movement with big impact throughout the spaces. These intricate decorations celebrate gold – highlighting the rich and luxurious offering guests will be treated to. 

A fitting tribute to the ‘Golden God’, Wiracocha, who was the most powerful Inca God of them all, COYA will launch an exclusive namesake golden cocktail, to herald the start of the festive season. Luminous in the glass, this heady concoction dances and sparkles across the palette. 

The seasonal menus at COYA City and Mayfair are 24-carat sophistication and feature signature dishes with a festive, sparkling twist. 30 Enjoy a Sexy Fish soirée



Sexy Fish London, the Berkeley Square hotspot, celebrates the festive season with a  delicious series of ‘Sexy Fishmas’ specials, created in collaboration with The House of Suntory, as well as a  high-octane ‘Love, Sexy, Magic’ New Year’s Eve party to remember.  

For those looking to celebrate New Year’s Eve in the utmost style, Sexy Fish London, the Berkeley Square hotspot, will be playing host to  one of its famed parties on Friday, 31 December. From 8pm until late into the night, guests will be  transported to a world of revelry and fun, complete with an energetic electronic band, live percussionists,  midnight countdown, DJs and dancers, alongside tantalising dishes and cocktails. 

For those visiting this month, diners can choose from a delicious selection of limited-edition cocktail  favourites, available until Sunday, 9 January, all whilst dining alongside a striking interior display by  McQueens Flowers, featuring hues of corals and pink with accents of blue, purple, greens, and orange. 

Cocktail highlights include ‘Santa’ (£21.00), created with Haku Vodka, lychee, strawberry, jasmine, yuzu,  yellow chartreuse and tonic water, ‘Harmony Eggnog’ (£13.00), incorporating Hibiki Japanese  Harmony, Cognac, milk, cream, egg and nutmeg, ‘Christmas LED’ {pictured} (£20.00), featuring Hibiki  Japanese Harmony LED, Calvados, Drambuie, bitters, and Maraschino, and ‘Kurisumasu’ (£14.00),  created with Roku Gin, mulled wine, yuzu, Amaretto and Tonka.
