Hello, hello! I’ve just got back from a week in Nevis – with not a shred of Caribbean jet lag in sight.
What an amazing adventure… I have so many stories and photos to share! From meeting a hoard of new people and climbing a mountain to watching a turtle lay eggs in front of me, eating goat water stew and getting into trouble at the airport (eek) it was a week I won’t be forgetting in a hurry.
Here’s some shots from the gorgeous Nevis Botanical Gardens I discovered near my hotel, plus an adorable Urban Outfitter combo I couldn’t resist snapping.
I completely fell in love with the tranquility of this place – if only I could build a treehouse and escape there for the rest of my days.

First opened in 1998, these beautifully landscaped gardens are ideal for a morning stroll before it gets too hot to walk around.
