Kicking off on Saturday 5th March, Cabana’s Amazon Brunch serves up vibrant full-of-flavour dishes and creative cocktails, all to the soundtrack of an epic DJ bringing you the best beats to get you into the samba spirit.

The experience includes a three-course Amazonian feast bursting with vibrant South American flavours alongside free-flowing cocktails (£50pp) or mocktails (£40pp). Take your pick from a selection of sharing starters including corn ‘ribs’ with sweet smoked paprika, butter and sea salt; buttermilk churrasco fried chicken with Cabana’s signature Spicy Malagueta Sauce; or hot baked cornbread with maple syrup and butter.

When it comes to mains, expect your favourite brunch classics with unexpected Latin American twists – The Full Brazilian comes with guava barbecue bacon, Rio beans and eggs-your-way plus slow roasted cherry tomatoes, Portobello mushrooms and avocado with toasted sourdough.
