Julie Montagu’s Green Açaí Berry Bowl


Feeling a little sluggish? Try this ultra-delicious breakfast for a dose of deliciousness. This simple fruity recipe is perfect for a bowl of nourishing and speedy goodness

For the bowl:
1 banana, (frozen if you want a cold bowl)
• 120ml coconut water
• 3 dates, pitted
• large handful spinach
• 1 kiwi, peeled
• 1 teaspoon acai powder

For the toppings:
• Coconut flakes
• Bee pollen

1 Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whizz away.
2 Top with raspberries, coconut flakes and bee pollen.
