Brand new for 2026, Anda Barut Collection in Turkey is launching the BAYOU Michelin Culinary Masters series, a celebration of world-class gastronomy – with Tom Aikens to headline this year’s chef-led events.

Taking place across multiple dates between June and September 2026, the series has been created to offer guests a meaningful experience, where exceptional cuisine, personal connection and culture sit at the centre of the stay. Private dining experiences curated tasting menus, chef’s table concepts and exclusive workshops will come together to create an unforgettable culinary journey. 

Tom Aikens will lead the programme, showcasing his signature style of ingredient-led British cuisine, shaped by decades of experience at some of the world’s most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants. Throughout his career he has worked alongside some of the culinary world’s most respected names, including Pierre Koffmann, Joël Robuchon and Gérard Boyer.

Barut Hotels’ Michelin Culinary Masters series celebrates culinary excellence by inviting internationally renowned chefs to create unforgettable dining experiences for guests. The programme reflects Barut’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional food and drink experiences, showcasing innovative menus, premium local ingredients and world-class talent.

22nd–23rdJuly  
Tom Aikens

Aikens is one of Britain’s most accomplished chefs, becoming the youngest British chef to be awarded two Michelin stars at just 26 years old. Today, he holds a Michelin star at his flagship London restaurant, Muse, and is widely recognised for his appearances on BBC’s Great British Menu, Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4’s Snackmasters. 

14–15thJuly 
Gregoire Berger

Gregoire Berger is an acclaimed French chef based in Dubai, best known for his work at underground fine-dining restaurant, Ossiano at Atlantis The Palm. His style combines fine dining technique with highly visual, narrative-driven tasting menus inspired by the ocean.

He has earned Michelin stars for his immersive approach to seafood-led cuisine. Berger will bring his creative and boundary-pushing culinary style to the resort, showcasing a bold and immersive interpretation of modern gastronomy.

26-27thAugust 
Thomas Buhner

Chef Thomas Bühner is one of Germany’s most celebrated chefs, renowned for earning three Michelin stars at his acclaimed restaurant La Vie in Osnabrück and for his innovative approach to fine dining. After more than two decades at the forefront of European gastronomy, he now works internationally as a chef, consultant and culinary mentor, leading projects across Europe and Asia.

Buhner will come to Turkey with his ‘three-dimensional aromatic cuisine’, championing exceptional ingredients, precision techniques and immersive dining experiences that have earned him worldwide recognition.

10-11thSeptember 
Bruno Menard

Bruno Menard is a French chef who has held three Michelin stars during his career, including at L’Osier in Tokyo. He is known for refined French haute cuisine with strong technical discipline and classical foundations.

Menard will arrive in September, bringing refined Mediterranean flavours, and technical craftsmanship. His dinner experience will celebrate elegant, balanced cuisine designed to be shared and savoured in a warm and welcoming setting.

22-23rdSeptember 
Giorgio Diana

Closing the series, Italian chef Giorgio Diana will present a menu inspired by contemporary Italian cuisine, blending authentic flavours with modern flair. Diana was previously awarded one Michelin star through his culinary work at Les Cuisiniers restaurant in Munich, Germany, where his innovative fusion of modern European, French, and Japanese cooking techniques was recognized.

Guests attending Michelin Culinary Masters will have the opportunity to experience specially curated menus inspired by Tom’s distinctive cooking style, alongside a programme of exclusive culinary events designed to showcase the very best of contemporary gastronomy.
