Join Three Michelin Chefs for a Rare 6-Hand Dinner In Mayfair Next Week

Taking place on Tuesday 19th July at the historic The Connaught Grill in Mayfair, join three acclaimed young chefs for a special 10-course dinner featuring rare and innovative dishes

Next week is a big deal for the hospitality industry – The World’s 50 Best Restaurants will hold their annual awards ceremony in London, with the global food community naturally set to descend upon the British capital. Taking place to celebrate all things fine dining, three of the best (and most youthful) Michelin chefs will join forces in the kitchen for a special one-night-only, 6-hand dinner in Mayfair’s historic The Connaught Grill.

Hosted on Tuesday 19th July and supported by Seedlip, the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit, this unique dining experience will see the three chefs conjure a unique 10-course tasting menu, where they will present signature dishes from their restaurants and create exciting new recipes for the evening that harness the best in British produce and ingredients.

Each awarded a Michelin Star at their respected restaurants, chefs Alex Nietosvuori (Hjem, Northumberland, UK), Gal Ben-Moshe (Prism, Berlin, Germany) and Merlin Labron-Johnson (Osip, Somerset, UK) have collaborated to create an exclusive menu of seasonal recipes.

Mouth-watering dishes will include highlights such as: Osip’s ‘Summer Vegetable Taco‘, Prism’s ’Grouper with Unripe Grapes & Mediterranean shrimps XO‘ and Hjem’s ‘Lobster with Goat’s Butter & Sugar Snaps‘, among other temptations.

Seedlip has created cocktails for the night, and the wine and spirits offered on the evening will be from the iconic Connaught cellars and bar, with over 3,000 bins and more than 20,000 bottles, celebrated as some of the finest in the world.
