Searcys’ classically seasonal menu will include a fresh starter of Burrata, figs, radicchio and pomegranate, followed by an indulgent main course of Lake District feather-blade steak with celeriac and purple sprouting broccoli.

Each dish will be paired with a different wine, presented by Helix Restaurant’s Head Sommelier, Jean-Paul Baptiste.

Founded in 1895, the historic vineyard produces outstanding wines at an altitude of up to 1,100 meters. The whites are packed with vibrant flavours and natural acidity, the reds are mellow, with a full bouquet of red and dark berries.

Sitting high above London on the 38th floor of this Norman Foster designed building, the Gherkin’s private dining rooms have been designed to created memorable, sky-high gatherings and events.

The five rooms are aptly named after clouds, Alto, Cirrus, Stratus, Cumulus and Nimbus offer spectacular views of the capital.

As someone once said, “Life is but a fine wine to be sipped and favoured” – an ideal opportunity to devour delicious cuisine alongside world-class wines, it’s time to book your spot.
