Ready to start 2020 on the right fork? With Masterchef contestant Stuart Deeley at its helm, Sauce Supper Club is hosting an impressive event at Carbis Bay Estate in St Ives this New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day – and you’re invited
Sauce Supper Club, specialists in pairing exciting and talented chefs with stunning venues, has chosen Stuart Deeley and Carbis Bay Estate for its special New Year’s Extravaganza.
Foodies are invited to enjoy a stunning 6-course New Year’s Eve dinner tasting-menu at the luxurious Cornwall hideaway. With each dish, guests will also drink in the dramatic views overlooking the beach at Carbis Bay – the perfect way to see in 2020.
The following day, another feast will also take place with a relaxing 4-course lunch.
Both events will whet the palate with celebratory Champagne and an optional wine pairing of carefully chosen, exquisite wines to complement each course.
Guest Chef Stuart is Head Chef at The Wilderness, Birmingham and is taking part currently in MasterChef: The Professionals. One to watch, he’s already exciting the judges with his innovative cooking style and flavour combinations.
On the menu, think Soy smoked salmon, lovage, ponzu, celeriac, smoked almonds and Suckling pig, langoustine, thai green bisque, yuzu, black pudding, fennel.
Dessert will feature the likes of Stu-tirama-choux; choux, cepe, coffee, salted milk – a dish that proved a great hit with the Masterchef judges.
