Join Acclaimed Chef Adam Byatt for Monthly Wine Dinner Series

If you love fine wine and incredible dishes, don’t miss out on these new monthly wine dinners at Trinity Upstairs in Clapham

Calling all fine wine fanatics. Trinity Upstairs, Adam Byatt’s award-winning restaurant situated above Michelin starred restaurant Trinity, has curated a number of Wine Dinners events to see diners through the spring and summer months.

Based in the heart of Clapham Old Town, Adam has winner of the Best Sommelier category at the GQ Food & Drink Awards 2020 Sara Rossi by his side to help host and educate foodies during the exciting evenings.

Sara, winner of GQ’s Best Sommelier category, arrived in London nine years ago and immediately started to work in a wine bar, where she discovered her passion for food and wine. Since then, she has worked as Sommelier at the Cut Restaurant in Park Lane and at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, as well as in the role of Assistant Head Sommelier at Restaurant Fera at 5-star hotel Claridge’s.

Launched in early June, the intimate events see Adam cooking and Sara matching the wine with sumptuous dishes, with different menus designed for each event as the summer heat slowly fades to the temperatures of autumn and cozy winter.

Adam commented: “I wanted to cook these dinners to showcase the most amazing seasons for produce. There will be no concept here, the menus are not constricted by a region or beholden to a cooking style – just the best menu I can come up with, cooked with love and care, matched to some of the great wines I love to drink.”

The enticing menu for Monday 5th July is as follows:
Theme: white fish and white Burgundy

Goujons of dover sole and Oscietra caviar with capers and lemon

Halibut ceviche with apple, almonds and lovage

Whole seabass baked in salt with tomato vines, tomato butter sauce, lavender and fennel lyonnaise ~
Wild turbot cooked in oxidized white Burgundy
