Le dolce vita, redefined. Take a look at The Lake Como EDITION in Italy, set to open officially next spring with a floating outdoor pool, extensive wellness facilities and Michelin-starred dining
With an official launch set for spring 2026, the Lake Como EDITION hotel is set to welcome guests in the town of Cadenabbia, located on the western coast of Lake Como, Italy.
The hotel is a collaboration between EDITION, Omnam Investment Group, and Bain Capital. This new property is situated in a renovated hotel structure originally built in 1830, offering 148 rooms, including 25 suites and two penthouses.
The hotel will offer a range of lavish dining options, led by Chef Mauro Colagreco, featuring a signature restaurant and several bars. The dining venues offer views of Lake Como and specialize in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
The hotel will feature the second Longevity Spa in Italy, a high-tech retreat that blends anti-aging science with holistic therapies. The vast facility will have treatment rooms, plunge pools, an herbal sauna, a Turkish bath, and an indoor thermal pool with views of Lake Como.
The hotel is accessible via a private dock, and guests can utilise the Lake Como ferry service for transportation to other towns on the lake. The property also features a floating pool on the lake, providing additional leisure options for guests.
The Lake Como EDITION began a preview phase in September and October, with a full opening planned for March 2026.
The Lake Como EDITION is part of a larger development strategy by EDITION to expand its presence in key global locations. This opening adds to the brand’s portfolio, which includes hotels in cities such as Tokyo, London, and New York.
