A new addition to Miami Beach’s hospitality scene is set to open its doors in May 2025. The Donatella Boutique Hotel and Restaurant is a project by the Nakash Group, known for their portfolio, which includes The Setai Miami Beach and the former Versace Mansion, in collaboration with Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group.
Located in the centre of Miami Beach’s Art Deco district, the Donatella Boutique Hotel blends historical charm and modern elegance. The famed architect Wallace Tutt first designed the property in 1922, also known for his work on the iconic former Versace Mansion.
After various transformations over the decades, the property was bought in 2022 by the Nakash family and Vida & Estilo Hospitality, which initiated a new phase of luxury for this historic location.
The hotel’s interiors, designed by Mico Design Studio, consist of six carefully furnished rooms. They offer an atmosphere that combines classic elegance with contemporary sophistication.
The signature Donatella Restaurant, a Coastal Southern Italian restaurant located within the historic property, complements the hotel.
The menu, led by Executive Chef Alessandro Morrone, showcases Italy’s culinary heritage with traditional dishes made from scratch using authentic ingredients and a rotating selection of seasonal produce. With space for up to 170 guests with a private dining room for 15, the new venue is bound to be a trendy hotspot for locals and guests alike once open.
On the wellness front, think signature massages, revitalising facials, and spa treatments at a nearby partner facility, along with access to a fully equipped fitness centre. For outdoor relaxation, guests can enjoy exclusive beach access with luxurious daybeds, pristine white sands, and turquoise waters, as well as premium services such as jet ski rentals.
