How To Make Sabine’s Breakfast Sour Cocktail


Consider this a brunch drink for champions. Ideal for something a little more unique than the traditional AM Bellini, this cocktail combines sweet and sour flavours for a delectable sip


Ingredients
• Volcan De Mi Tierra Blanco Tequila 
• Crème de Peache
• Orange Juice
• Maple Syrup
• Lime Juice
• Orange Bitters
• Miraculous Foamer Bitters

Method
1 Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice.
2 Open the shaker and add ice to the top. 
3 Shake again until the liquid is chilled, then strain into a martini glass using a fine strainer to serve.
