How To Make Purple Summer’s Pink Sea Cocktail

Pretty in pink – this fresh, fruity tipple is reminiscent of a Daiquiri – perfect for warm summer nights or simply a sip after a tough day at work! 

Created by Lucy Donnelly, villa manager at Purple Summer’s Villa Can Alma in Ibiza, give this recipe a go if you feel like being transported straight to the White Isle.

• 25ml Bacardi Rum
• 25ml Passoa
• 20ml elderflower cordial
• 10ml syrup
• 25ml white peach Purée
• 15ml Grenadine
Recommended glass: martini glass

1 Combine all ingredients add the ice and shake for 8/10sec and double strain into a martini glass. Enjoy!
