This simple, refreshing cocktail is a guaranteed showstopper – perfect for the summer months.


Ingredients:
• 60ml Hendrick’s gin
• 15ml simple syrup
• 15ml lime juice
• 3 coins of cucumber


Glass:
Martini glass


Method:
Muddle your coins of cucumber. Add gin, simple syrup and lime juice, shake with ice, then strain into a martini glass. Voila!
