Taking place on the last Sunday of every month, Michelin-starred restaurant Hide is launching an exciting new supper club featuring rare & unusual dishes
Award-winning restaurant Hide has announced its latest dining experience – ‘The Hidden Supper Club” – a bookable menu designed by Head Chef James Goodyear to offer a value led Michelin meal.
The Piccadilly restaurant is known for its imaginative cuisine, incredible interiors, stunning floor to ceiling windows and equally beautiful views.
Having received a coveted Michelin star just six months after opening, the HIDE is pleased to announce a new addition to its innovative offering in the form of a deliciously rare supper club.
Drawing on his impressive experience at top kitchens around the world, James has created an enticing menu for every last Sunday of the month, starting from 30th August.
The Hidden Supper Club will commence across the floor at Above and will showcase an excitingly unusual menu of experimental dishes which do not appear on Hide’s regular a la carte and tasting menu.
The pop-up style menu will change on a monthly basis and James will demonstrate his technique and style with a ten-course selection.
Innovative dishes will include; Cucumbers marinated in juniper, green almonds, almond milk & wood sorrel and a Warm crab custard with smoked butter and late summer peas.
Creative desserts will feature the likes of Milky blue oolong parfait, wild blueberries, rhubarb root and a Roasted buckwheat tea & bee pollen financier.
Hide’s wine list is curated by Hedonism and has the most extensive wine list in Europe with a host of incredible sommeliers to guide guests through, helping to pair with every personal taste or different course.
Guests can opt for a special service at the restaurant, which allows them to pre- book a bottle from the shop’s vast selection when reserving a table, or order while dining in the restaurant itself for the wine to be delivered straight from the store to table – all within 10 minutes.
Great news for wine buffs too – for the rest of summer, wines will be priced at Hedonism Wines shelf price plus £10 per 75cl bottle.
This pricing policy puts their wines at 50% cheaper than most restaurants in and around Mayfair and Central London with guests able to choose from the most comprehensive wine list of any restaurant in Europe (nearly 7,000 lines available).
