Mar-Bella Collection – four luxury hotels located on Corfu and Parga – are entering the 2026 season with a range of exciting new offerings across its luxe portfolio. From dining concepts through to world-class wellness practitioners, here’s what’s awaiting you
This year will see guest experiences remain at the forefront, with Collection-wide enhancements to dining, wellness and community initiatives.
MarBella, Nido and Avali, the three hotels of the group on Corfu, located just 500 metres apart from each other, with a complimentary shuttle service allowing guests to move easily between them. All properties will reopen on April 24.
Upgraded dining across all properties
• The Premium All-Inclusive experience will be further elevated through enhancements to the Dine Around programme, enabling guests to dine at selected à la carte restaurants across all Mar-Bella Collection properties in Corfu.
• At MarBella, Kuzina Restaurant will introduce a new all-day Italian dining concept. From leisurely lunches featuring delicate carpaccio and seasonal salads to evening dining with signature dishes such as ossobuco Milanese and saffron risotto. Kuzina will deliver authentic Italian cuisine in a refined Mediterranean setting.
• Also at MarBella, Deck Bar & Grill will transform into a Greek taverna, offering a meze style lunch menu, with a la carte options available for the evening, showcasing fresh and authentic fare in a seafront setting. Standout dishes will include shrimp saganaki and traditional favourite, pork tenderloin “prassoselino”.
• Avali will debut Stià Grill, a new open-air dining experience, celebrating flame-grilled meats, fresh seafood and seasonal ingredients in a refined yet relaxed beachfront setting. Inspired by the Corfiot word for “fireplace,” Stià Grill will bring the art of live-fire cooking to life with a contemporary approach to Mediterranean grilling.
• In addition, Avali will introduce a poolside Healthy Bar, where guests can enjoy freshly prepared juices, smoothies, and healthy snacks throughout the day.
Enhanced offerings for tots, tweens and teens at MarBella and Elix
At MarBella, an enhanced teens’ lounge will offer a new space for adolescent guests, featuring televisions, arcade games, comfortable loungers and a dedicated social spaces.
The programming at the Grasshopper Kids Club has also been updated, offering refreshed activities to spark children’s imaginations and creativity. Activities will include Ionian Island Quest scavenger hunt, with interactive ‘eco-challenges’; Posidonia Art Studio, a nature-inspired art lab; and Legends of Corfu, mythological mask-making workshop followed by storytelling sessions.
At Elix, the introduction of a flexible, interest-driven programme will allow teens to participate in engaging sessions throughout their stay at their own pace.
Introduction of specific adult-only areas at MarBella and Elix
At Elix, Indigo Restaurant will launch an adults-only à la carte breakfast experience, for guests seeking a peaceful and relaxed start to the day. For later in the day, Level 10, a new adults-only outdoor lounge bar awaits, operating daily and offering cocktails and beverages in an exclusive, relaxed rooftop setting.
In addition, select F&B venues at MarBella have re-worked their seating plans to offer new adults-only areas, offering adult guests a more refined and tranquil environment. The separation will also allow families with children the chance to enjoy their meals without worrying about disturbing others.
Greek Chefs Abroad: enters its sixth year with new theme: From tradition to table
For the summer season, Mar-Bella Collection welcomes back the Greek Chefs Abroad programme for its sixth year. This culinary initiative celebrates the richness of Greek gastronomy on an international stage, showcasing the talent of Greek-native chefs and championing authentic ingredients.
The 2026 programme will highlight Greek heritage and will be underpinned by a farm-to-table philosophy, with the flagship dining event complemented by a series of immersive experiences spotlighting traditional Greek products from Corfu and Epirus, regional flavours and local customs.

Focus on Longevity
This June, Nido and Avali will host a new wellbeing event focused around Longevity, a thoughtfully curated programme from Mar-Bella Collection. The event will be led by a carefully curated panel of dedicated experts who will share insights on key themes including nutrition, beauty and skincare, fitness, hormonal health, sleep and healthy ageing.
Through a series of intimate talks, open conversations and interactive sessions, guests are encouraged to slow down, ask questions and engage in meaningful dialogue, gaining practical insight alongside inspiration through a balanced blend of learning, reflection and connection.
Complimentary World-Class Fitness Practitioners and Extended Programming
Marking another year of a successful partnership, London’s leading fitness and wellness agency Oyogo is extending its offering across the collection to bring thoughtful programming, guest requested classes and highly sought-after practitioners.
At Nido, Elix, and Avali dedicated wellness weeks will continue throughout the season, offering guests access to complimentary wellness classes, including yoga, Pilates and bodyweight workouts as well as some gentle stretching classes.
App enhancements and new e-concierge service
Mar-Bella Collection has announced the launch of its brand-new mobile app, designed to make every step of the guest journey more seamless.
With just a few taps, guests can book their stay, check in, request services and manage all aspects of their visit, while a new e-concierge, ‘MConnect’service will provide a single point of contact throughout the stay. The digital concierge platform streamlines dining and activity requests and is accessible via the mobile app, WhatsApp and email, ensuring convenient, personalised support across multiple channels.
