FERGUS Group, the Spanish company specialising in hotel repositioning, continues to strengthen its presence in Mallorca with the exciting addition of Hotel Eolo, located in the iconic Puerto Pollença


The 50-room property will join tent Hotels, the Group’s most innovative concept, which now reaches 10 properties across Spain. This latest addition reflects FERGUS Group’s successful repositioning model, transforming high-potential assets into distinctive hospitality concepts aligned with evolving travel trends. 

The hotel will operate throughout 2026 under the Affiliated by FERGUS model, before reopening in spring 2027 as tent Eolo, following a full repositioning to bring it in line with the tent signature concept and standards.

tent Hotels is the pioneer of the Bed & Unlimited Brunch (B&UB) concept, a hospitality model tailored to travellers who prioritise flexibility and authentic destination experiences. 

Designed to offer comfort, practicality and contemporary style, tent Hotels provide a relaxed and sociable environment that encourages guests to explore their surroundings while enjoying the convenience of a well-curated stay. 

A defining feature of the concept is its unlimited brunch served until 13:30, redefining traditional breakfast hours and offering a wide selection of fresh, locally inspired and made-to-order dishes. 

Stay Connected to the Destination 


The hotel will also feature a pizzeria restaurant, where guests can enjoy a wide selection of Italian dishes overlooking the Yacht Club. The offering is further complemented by the tentlivery service, developed in partnership with Just Eat, allowing guests to order food from local restaurants to be enjoyed within the hotel. 

Guests will also have access to tent services, as well as its app, designed to enhance their travel experience. Through the app, they can discover activities and plans at the destination, as well as access features that improve the comfort of their stay, such as direct chat with hotel staff, a digital room key, and the option to complete a fully digital check-in.

The continued expansion of tent Hotels forms part of FERGUS Group’s broader strategy to redefine hospitality through innovative and flexible concepts that add value to destinations, support local communities and elevate the guest experience. 

With this latest addition, the Group now operates 21 hotels in Mallorca and a total of 37 properties across Spain, reinforcing its position as a key player in the transformation of the country’s hotel sector.
