Being cooped up doesn’t mean we can’t keep active. London-based luxury fitness studio, Core Collective is launching an on-demand fitness video service ‘CCTV’, and it’s perfect for keeping fit during self-isolation
Available to stream anytime, anywhere, the new service will encompass the entire Core Collective offering – including Sweat, Train, Strength, Pilates, Yoga and Extras. Stretch, sweat (and maybe swear a little) whilst gyms are closed and classes are off.
The new CCTV service will be available from Monday, 23rd March, featuring six different categories. The first launch will see ten workout options, with a range of durations between 5 and 45 minutes.
Each session will be taught by one of Core Collective’s expert trainers and will have two participants in each video to demonstrate for beginners through to advanced gym-users.
All videos have been filmed in Core Collective’s luxurious studios, giving you the experience of the inspiring aesthetic that is embedded in Core Collective’s DNA.
Don’t worry if you’re not a regular gym bunny – in order to make CCTV as accessible as possible, the range of classes have been designed so users need a maximum of 1-2 pieces of equipment, listed in the online descriptions of each class.
For those starting from scratch at home, you’ll need one kettlebell suitable for swings and deadlifts, as well as a set of dumbbells for overhead presses.
For pilates and yoga classes, you’ll require a mat, strap, Pilates ring and a Pilates ball. Beginners to Yoga are advised to purchase a block for additional support, as well as a standard yoga mat.
Core Collective’s Founder, Jason de Savary told The Wordrobe “Here at Core Collective, we believe that fitness has the power to change everything, from sleep and decision-making, to mental and physical wellbeing. Our mission is to make fitness accessible to all: wherever, whenever.
As a result of our increasingly mobile and busy society, we’ve listened to members’ feedback for on-demand fitness classes.
We’re confident that CCTV will continue to provide fun and engaging workout sessions to keep you active whether home or away, allowing everyone to be a part of the Core Collective community.”
When & where
CCTV will be available online via Core Collective’s website from Monday 23rd March and will be compatible with all phone and laptop devices. Users looking to view on a big screen can connect to TV devices using an HDMI or AirPlay from Apple devices.
