Meroula will guide those who have come together through a full-body flow using their own body weight, blending elements of yoga and Pilates. The class will end with a breathwork session by Jamie Clements of The Breath Space, and in honour of Earth Day, all ticket proceeds will be donated to The Tree Council.

The following evening on 23rd April, Stephanie Waxberg, luxury brand consultant and content creator, will help participants tune in, connect, and celebrate our planet as they tap into the power of intention setting with a sound bath and guided meditation. 2 Join Hart Shoreditch x Soapsmith for a Bath-Soak Making Workshop

Soap-urb fun awaits. Hart Shoreditch has unveiled its new partnership with Soapsmith, a contemporary bath and body care brand renowned for its craftsmanship and devotion to natural fragrances inspired by the essence of East London neighbourhoods.
As part of the action, Jameson will be hosting a series of workshops at Hart Shoreditch where guests can learn the process of bath soak making. The next workshop will take place on the 27th April, inviting creatives to come together to create their own bath soak.
Led by Soapsmith, guests will learn techniques used by experts and will have the opportunity to mix natural oils for their own bespoke bath soak creation, which they will take home in a beautiful gift box along with other Soapsmith goodies.
As part of this collaboration, Soapsmith has created a bespoke ‘Brick Lane’ collection of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, with its very own personalised scent, only available at Hart Shoreditch.

3 Break your boundaries with Barry’s
If you’re obsessed with pushing your fitness limits, sign up to one of these upcoming Barry’s events.

5 Save time for Pophams’ spring event series

Learn new skills and unwind at the same time. Open under the railway arches next to the London Fields bakery and restaurant on Richmond Road, is Pophams’ purpose-built space for workshops. Committed to supporting original style, this new spring series highlights artists from across the UK. Guests will be able to learn new skills with a programme of evening and afternoon sessions, all accompanied with food and drink from the next door bakery and restaurant.
18th April | Ceramic Handbuilding Workshop with Izzy Letty | £65
Run by South London-based potter and candlestick devotee, Izzy Letty, the workshop will be a demonstration on the different techniques of pottery hand building. Guests will learn a range of hand-building techniques to design and make a pair of ceramic candlestick holders and trinket dishes, which will be fired in her kiln and available to collect from the Hackney shop two weeks later.
28th April | Herbal Tea Blending Workshop with Hackney Herbal | £48
Hackney Wick social enterprise, Hackney Herbal, will be holding a workshop on the restorative properties of herbs. Focused on improving mental health and wellbeing in the community through creative and culinary gardening, Hackney Herbals funds go back into free events and education within the local area. The workshop will explore a number of culinary, medicinal and wild herbs and how to combine them into herbal tea blends, with a set of herbal tea bags to make and take home.
2nd May | Brass Botanicals Workshop with Jess Wheeler | £80.00
Jess Wheeler and her studio team are known for their elegant brass wall sconces, candleholders, and other decorative items inspired by botanical forms. Jess will show guests how to transform recycled sheet brass and wire into delicate everlasting leaves, on twisted wire stems, teaching the techniques used in cutting and embossing sheet metal to create organic shapes, and helping to make beautiful brass stems.
12th May | Kintsugi Workshop with Iku Nishikawa | £65.00
Kintsugi master Iku Nishikawa will be teaching the Japanese art of Kintsugi, turning broken objects into new, even more unique and special items by fixing with epoxy and finishing with Urushi, traditional Japanese resin, and brass powder. Broken items can be brought from home or chosen from a range of Pophams Home ceramics which unfortunately have previously been broken.
