Five-courses of tastebud heaven awaits. Park Hyatt London River Thames has announced its Masters of Food & Wine series, an exclusive culinary experience celebrating exceptional gastronomy at the newly-opened TAMISé Wine Library and Tea Lounge.

Since the very first Masters of Food & Wine event at Park Hyatt Carmel in 2003, these immersive culinary experiences have captivated guests worldwide. Following the arrival of Park Hyatt London River Thames last year, the UK capital is now set to join in the celebration.


The inaugural event, taking place on 21st March 2025, is in partnership with prestigious champagne house Billecart-Salmon. All of Billecart-Salmon’s champagnes are carefully cultivated, harvested and blended by the talented artisans of the Billecart-Salmon House, creating exceptional champagnes that are renowned by connoisseurs around the world.

Those who book a ticket will experience a five-course tasting menu crafted by TAMISé chef Michael Innocenti; having previously held roles at Chiltern Firehouse and Four Seasons, Michael now takes the lead at the newly-launched TAMISé.

Each dish showcases the season’s freshest ingredients, with artful floral plating to celebrate the arrival of spring. Menu highlights include Jersey oysters with Oscietra caviar, paired with Champagne Le Reserve, Amalfi lemon risotto served alongside Champagne Le Blanc de Blancs and a crusted spring rack of lamb with morel mushrooms and wild garlic cream, a seasonal favourite complemented by Champagne Le Sous Bois.

Of course, don’t forget about dessert. This culinary journey concludes with a spectacular ‘flower garden’ pavlova, served with ginger-poached rhubarb and rose water sorbet.

The Masters of Food & Wine series continues throughout the year, with further events scheduled for June, September and November, each offering a unique seasonal menu and wine pairing experience.
