Nancy Silverton and Fortnum & Mason are collaborating for a rare one-off supper club at Pizzeria Mozza, taking place on 27th April
Calling all fans of Italian cuisine. Saturday 27th April will see Nancy Silverton, acclaimed American chef and founder of Pizzeria Mozza, partner with the iconic London destination, Fortnum & Mason for an evening of bold flavours and seasonal produce.
Hosted at Pizzeria Mozza, this one-off supper club will feature a four-course menu devised by Nancy Silverton utilising a plethora of ingredients from Fortnum & Mason, paired with wines from Fortnum’s Piccadilly cellars. With options for both carnivores and vegetarians, it’s a seasonal feast that’s not to be missed.
The evening, hosted by Nancy Silverton herself, will give diners the unique opportunity to experience Pizzeria Mozza’s unique approach to cooking via a refined four-course menu created in collaboration with Fortnum & Mason.
Served both family style and individually plated, dishes will include:
- Antipasti Platter with Fortnum’s mushroom and bean pate, baked truffle nuts, pitted green olives and truffle butter
- Nancy’s Caesar Salad with leek, egg crostini and Fortnum’s anchovies in olive oil or Primavera Pizzette
- Beef Tagliata with rocket, Grana Padano, aceto balsamico and Fortnum’s balsamic vinegar or Rotolo with crispy frico, ricotta, swiss chard and passato
- Brisket or Roasted Carrot bowl with broccolini potatoes, salsa verde with Fortnum’s caramelised onions, hot horseradish and Chianti Classico
- Profiterole with vanilla gelato, and Fortnum’s lemon curd, British honeycomb
The four course supper club has been expertly paired by Fortnum & Mason’s in-house sommeliers. Italian wine pairings include: Fortnum’s Franciacorta Brut NV, Franca Contea; Fortnum’s Gavi Terrarossa, La Zerba and Fortnum’s Chianti Classico, Riecine.
As part of the exclusive evening, Nancy Silverton will also be in attendance to greet guests and enjoy the night with diners.
