2 Brighton VegFest
What: One for the foodies – this delectable festival is a vegan’s dream. Indulge with around 230 stalls brimming with products and foodies, take part in the Veganuary reunion party or enjoy The FxEctive Factor – a fun competition full of talented vegan musicians pitting their wits against each other. There will also be a number of talk rooms, cookery demos and 19 caterers to feast your way through.

3 Daylesford’s wellness workshops
What: Known for their knowledge of wellbeing, The Haybarn at Daylesford welcomes you to join them for a series of day retreats in the stunning surroundings of the Cotswolds. The day retreats and experiences have been created by leaders in their field, designed to leave you feeling rested, energised and cared for.
The one day workshops will be filled from activities such as yoga and meditation and are designed to give guests insight into wellbeing and an education in taking care of yourself. The one day workshop on offer are Un Plug, Gut Health and Sleep Healthy.

5 LoveFit Festival 2018
What: Meet LoveFit – the UK’s first music, food and fitness festival. The event is returning to the stunning grounds of the St Clere Estate, Kent in July. For it’s second year, LoveFit has announced a slew of new additions and improvements including an exciting adventure programme, boutique camping from Hotel Bell Tent and an expanded food and drink selection including newcomers Body Burger and Vits & Kicks.
Try an adventure programme featuring paddle boarding, aerial acrobatics, woodland obstacle trail, slip and slide and slacklining. LoveFit promises to loosen you up in every way possible, not least dancing deep in the lush forest wilderness. Other exciting temperature risers include hot yoga in a yurt, wild swimming in a natural lake, health workshops, competitions and tournaments, spinning classes in the trees and more.

6 Wholefoods’ Supper Club with Jay Morjaria
Ready for some feasting? Join Wholefoods and chef Jay Morjaria for a unique tasting of modern small plates inspired by Japanese ingredients and flavours.
