Michelin chef Adam Byatt’s celebrated food and wine dinners at Trinity Upstairs are returning this February with a 6-course Champagne feast – and you’re invited to the action
Forks at the ready. Trinity Upstairs, Adam Byatt’s restaurants situated above Michelin starred restaurant Trinity, is hosting a number of new upcoming Wine Dinners designed to treat guests to a number of exceptional dishes matched with world-class drinks.
For food lovers, the first dinner of 2022 on February 28 will shine a light on oysters, sea urchins and grower Champagnes – with a March evening filled with asparagus, speciality eggs and fresh goats cheese set to follow.
Based in the heart of Clapham Old Town, Adam is currently celebrating 15 years of Trinity and is a much loved and well-respected chef with an influential following. The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall visited last Summer and the restaurant is often visited by the great and good of the food world – including the likes of Tom Kerridge and Gordon Ramsay, to name drop a few.
Ideal for seafood-loving gourmands, the intimate events will see the 2022 series kick off with a menu focusing on oysters, sea urchins and grower Champagnes.

Three baked regal oysters, Iberico ham
Sea urchin orzo
Slip sole baked in seaweed and urchin butter, deep fried oyster
Wild turbot, sauce Champagne
Seaweed Tomme with crip breads
Rhubarb poached in Champagne, il floatine
