Why not make it a Michelin-starred celebration? New Year’s Eve at Pavyllon London is set to be a delight, with a limited edition 6-course menu curated by multi-Michelin starred chef, Yannick Alléno, and a DJ set from resident DJ, Lots. Chef Yannick is widely regarded as one of the world’s finest chefs, holding 15 Michelin stars across his 17 global restaurants.
Pavyllon London is his first venture in the capital, bringing a British expression of his signature modern French dishes, within one of Mayfair’s most prestigious addresses.
Those dining on New Year’s Eve will be dining on a decadent menu, starting with a black truffle salad with artichoke and hazelnut and a delicate scallop and black truffle raviole. Guests will then indulge in a line-caught sea bass in brown butter served with Chef Yannick’s “Badaboom” sauce and caviar, followed by beef fillet rossini accompanied by foie gras and a black truffle millefeuille.
Rounding off the menu is a refreshing Victoria pineapple with a mango sorbet, sugar-free meringue and crystallised herbs and hazelnut, a rich dish consisting of a roasted vanilla cream, hazelnut praline and black winter truffle.

Bring in the new year at the newly opened, celebrity hotspot, LAVO London, with their limited edition 4-course menu and tunes from their resident DJ. The menu includes an array of premium dishes for guests to choose from, inspired by the flavours of the Italian coast.
The menu features a selection of antipasti dishes such as the luxurious Beef Carpaccio with shaved black truffle and Parmigiano Reggiano, a decadent shrimp crudo with Sicilian red shrimp and topped with Oscietra Caviar and a blood orange vinaigrette or Yellowfin tuna tartare with avocado and a Taggiasca olive dressing.
