The latest wellness trend which has gained popularity in Australia and Dubai is coming direct to Wandsworth this September
Combining guided breathwork with controlled exercises, the brand new series of Pooltop Pilates classes taking place with three dates across September offers a physical workout on water while enhancing mindfulness and mental wellbeing.
It’s no secret that the girlies love pilates – it’s one of the highest trending wellness exercises in UK – but the dynamic new class offers something considerably more unique, with dedicated classes hosted on a rooftop pool.
Taking place at New Acres in Wandsworth, the series of exclusive classes will put attendees’ balance and coordination to the test under the guidance of renowned Pilates instructor, Catherine Louise Manna from CLM Pilates.

Combining core engagement with low-impact resistance training using the relevant props – from balls to bands – the new offering comes with the added fun and complexity of floating on a premium Air Mat on New Acres’ immaculate 25m heated swimming pool.
The classes, designed for all ages and skill levels, aim to boost strength, flexibility, and overall mental well-being, all set to energising music and the uplifting atmosphere of CLM Pilates.
Catherine Louise Manna, from CLM Pilates, told The Wordrobe: “If you’re ready to take your Pilates practice to the next level, why not add an extra challenge of balancing on a paddleboard! This unique twist intensifies core engagement, stability and focus making your workout even more effective and I look forward to seeing everyone for a fun-filled morning together.”
Exclusive access to a premium pool

New Acres, the high-spec new build-to-rent development which is home to a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, offers residents a host of lifestyle amenities, including the 25m outdoor lido which is usually only accessible to residents; private dining rooms for hosting personal events; a hi-tech gym; and dedicated spaces to work in.
