Pilates is having a serious moment lately – and this new experience at Bōkan is ideal for squeezing in both a stretch and some sky high feasting
This summer, uplift your mind, body and soul and take your fitness to new heights with Bōkan X FS8 present: Sky Flow Sessions – the new open-air rooftop pilates class from the team behind new wave gym brand, FS8 and London’s leading rooftop bar, Bōkan in Canary Wharf.
Running on Saturday mornings throughout the summer, salute the sun and get into a zen state of mind as you take in the skyline views across the capital. From impressive skyscrapers like The Shard and The Gherkin to the ribbon-like River Thames flowing below, it’s the perfect sky-high haven to elevate, extend and exhale.

Led by experienced and qualified FS8 instructor Amelia Palmiero, the class will run for 45-minutes and follow a dynamic flow as you are guided through a range of postures and resistance work, designed to make you feel rejuvenated and energised.
Burn without the boredom with a curated soundtrack playing chillout tunes and soak up the skyline views with a complimentary PRESS Juice after the class before heading downstairs to Bōkan’s restaurant to enjoy a post pilates lunch. Tuck into dishes such as soft-boiled egg, green asparagus and Alsace bacon; and Vol au Vent, organic sheep ricotta, Tropea onion and tomato.

Tickets are £60 per person (excl. admin fee) and the event will run from 11am – 2.30pm on Saturday 24th June, Saturday 29th July, Saturday 2nd September.
Each ticket includes the 45-minute class (11.30am – 12.15pm), PRESS Juice and a three-course lunch, expertly created by Executive Chef Robert Manea. Drinks are not included and will need to be purchased on the day.
Fear not if you’re a newbie, as the FS8 team will provide everything you need for the class including mats, exercise balls, resistance bands. Suitable for beginners to pros, this is sky-high exercise at its best. Book your spot now: eventbrite.com
