Morning treks in Javea

Crinkled water, endless ocean and a deep azure that blankets the horizon – Javea’s waters are a sight to behold.

This morning, I watched them from afar – we woke up early to trek to the very top of Cabo San Antonio, the town’s beautiful lighthouse that sits perched at the top of a nearby cliff.

You have to visit very early, otherwise the sun might just burn you to a crisp. But oh my, is it worth the 6am morning alarm.

I think there’s something so beautiful about an impressive skyline – whether it’s a vast and empty ocean or a sprawling, bustling city. There’s just something about being detached and watching the action from afar – it’s so special.

What a way to start a Monday.

Hope you enjoyed!
