Enjoy a Michelin-starred fine dining evening courtesy of chef Anthony Demetre in a beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site this February
Calling all gourmands. Taking place this February, book tickets for a rare dining experience with guest chef Anthony Demetre, chef patron of Michelin-starred restaurant Wild Honey St James at the breathtaking Painted Hall in Greenwich.
Hosted as part of the closing weekend celebrations for the stunning art installation by designer Paul Cocksedge, Coalescence, Demetre has curated a delectable three-course sustainable dining experience using locally sourced and seasonal British produce.
Each course will be perfectly paired with sustainably sourced fine wines including a welcome glass of England’s finest sparkling from the Ridgeview Estate in East Sussex, an award-winning B Corp, accredited under the Wines GB Sustainability scheme.
Guests will also be treated to an exclusive ‘in conversation’ with Anthony discussing sustainability and innovations in fine dining.
The evening includes:
- Canape and drinks reception serving Ridgeview’s finest sustainable English Sparkling wine.
- 3-course sustainable fine dining menu by Michelin Star Chef, Anthony Demetre (Meat and vegan options available)
- Curated sustainable fine wine pairing to complement each dish.
- Post-dinner ‘In Conversation’ with Anthony himself.
- Tea, Coffee and Petit Fours.
