Insider’s Look At Triplebond, London’s Hottest New Wellness Destination

triplebond, a pioneering, science-backed members club crafted for individual and collective shared wellness, will be opening this August in Marylebone. Featuring Marylebone’s first rooftop pool and incredible fitness-led spaces designed for both top athletes and the everyday gym bunny, here’s everything you need to know:

One for the wellness watch. Home to Marylebone’s first rooftop pool and a collection of skyline social spaces, triplebond will blend cutting-edge wellness with performance optimisation and restorative experiences into one seamless, gorgeous destination.

Opening this summer, it is set to redefine the intersection of social connection and modern wellness. Set within The BoTree, a vibrant five-star hotel where Marylebone, Mayfair and Soho connect, triplebond will be available to both members and hotel guests and offers the ultimate destination for both reaching new goals and simply recovering.

Activation

At the heart of the activation spaces is The Bassment – a one of a kind, beat-led hot fitness studio – running a timetable of innovative new classes, crafted around rhythm, tempo and music, from high-impact, sweat-drenched sessions, to down-tempo strength work, barre, stretch-led recovery, and breath-led formats.

The studio has been created with inbuilt infrared technologies for hot classes – to warm muscles faster, increase flexibility, and boost calorie burn. Outside of class times, members and guests have access to the space for free-flow movement.

Adding to the popularity of contrast therapy experiences, the Fire & Ice Circuit completes the activation experience – infrared sauna with state-of-the-art photobiomodulation panels supporting cellular recovery, detoxification and mitochondrial activation, alongside the Cold Plunge Room – a therapy suite housing a plunge room.

This space is also paired with nervous system-informed breath-led experiences and full-standing red light panels, delivering the ultimate plunge and reset experience.

A rooftop gym, in partnership with Technogym, offers state-of-the-art equipment, including the Technogym Checkup – a comprehensive tool for holistic assessment and member onboarding.

Restoration

triplebond’s Red Light Lounge can be used privately or with a guest. The space taps into the science of cellular recovery and recalibration, with a red light therapy bed to support circadian rhythm resynchronisation and reduce inflammation – in turn combatting oxidative stress and boosting cellular recovery.

The Red Light Lounge is home to the Jet Lag Circuit – where AYO light glasses and in-ear circadian synching therapy devices further anchor the internal clock through light-based and auditory cues. Lymphatic compression therapy further combats the swelling and circulatory slowdown associated with jet lag, creating a full body reset for travellers, or those that just need to reset.

A social Lymphatic Lounge, designed with Hyperice, centres on professional-grade lymphatic compression – reducing inflammation, clearing metabolic waste, and improving circulation, in a social environment. A full salt wall and circadian-aware lighting create a space that deepens the sense of calm and matches the body’s natural rhythms. Optional IV therapies are also offered, to further enhance the wellness experience.

The Decompress Lounge presents an antidote to the overstimulation of modern life. Zero-gravity massage chairs suspend the body in a feeling of complete weightlessness, allowing the spine to decompress and muscles to release. Weighted blankets and eye masks seal out the outside world, whilst a frequency-based soundscape and vagus nerve stimulation device complete the overarching sense of calm, activating the parasympathetic nervous system and telling the body it’s time to rest and recover.

Completing the impressive restoration offering are:

  • Private hyperbaric oxygen chamber (to enhance the body’s natural healing)
  • Hydration stations featuring hydrogenated water and electrolyte pumps
  • A dedicated space for private contrast therapy circuit
  • A cryotherapy chamber
  • Ice Bath and Red Light Recovery Room
  • A dedicated treatment room hosting rotating pop-up experiences

Places to unwind + connect

Alongside the activation and restoration ecosystem, a selection of social spaces, including a wellness cafe, offer opportunities for connection and community.

Visitors can explore two floors comprising Marylebone’s first rooftop pool, pool terrace, bars and social spaces with a full set of programming of events, all set within the intimate backdrop of skyline views.

Wellness Concierge

What’s more, triplebond has partnered with Stride to offer a new triplebond Health Concierge – where members undergo comprehensive diagnostic assessment, with results delivered with actionable insights. The results are built from an analysis of over 500 different biomarkers across advanced blood testing, DNA profiling, gut microbiome markers and biological age.

Members are able to book a dedicated complimentary online session with triplebond’s Integrative Health Practitioner for a detailed private consultation experience, informed by their biomarker data, to review their results and set their own personalised protocol for data-led health and wellbeing optimisation.

Additional In-Room Wellness

Across the hotel, in-room minibars have been reimagined for the wellness-conscious traveller, incorporating healthy, restorative and nutritious snacks as well as professional-grade recovery essentials for those who travel without their usual wellness or supplement toolkit. A new in-room technology rental menu brings compression boots, red light face masks and more to any room, on request.
